A Pulse Jet Dust Collector is a highly efficient industrial air filtration system used to capture and remove fine dust particles from air or gas streams. It operates on a compressed air pulse cleaning mechanism, making it ideal for continuous-duty industrial environments with high dust loads.
Dust-laden air enters the collector and passes through filter bags or cartridges. Dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filters, while clean air passes through and exits the unit.
At preset intervals, a short burst of compressed air (pulse jet) is released through solenoid valves, creating a shock wave that dislodges accumulated dust from the filters. The dust falls into a hopper for collection and disposal.
